Seymour Phase 1 tests

Throwaway prototypes that prove the risky parts of Seymour work before the real app is built.

1. The database : SQLite with full-text search, stored in the browser
2. Sync between devices : one library on several devices, through your own cloud storage
3. The relay : fetching feeds and pages for the app, safely
4. Offline media : saving large podcast episodes and playing them with no connection
